Hello again...

Right, so I've decided to go for a x1950Pro. The small problem is my PSU (X-Pro 470w) doesn't come with a PCI-E cable as standard. It should be able to run everything fine though from the research I've been doing on the power it uses.

So, my question. I've seen some Molex to PCI-E cables which only use one Molex, and then some that requires two Molex (rails) into one PCI-E connector. Will one rail not be enough to run the PCI-E card?

Thanks muchly, Chris.

The adapter that came with my X1800XT only had one molex and it was fine and afaik uses more power than the X1950pro. It should be fine as even PSU's with PCI-Express cables only draw the power from a single rail.
