Momentum scrolling in safari?

Is there a way to do this on a unibody mac, i noticed the new mouse lets you do this and thought it would be nice if i could do it with my trackpad.

Well i have found a program that lets you do this and i'm impressed!

Could be tempted buy it if apple doesn't enable it soon.
