Still 8 months away, but I'm childishly excited that I'm all booked up to go. Sorted the tickets a few weeks ago, and now that flights are available I've sorted them and the hotel as well. We went to Nice a couple of years back and absolutely loved it - really looking forward to going back and doing Monaco for the first time ever.
We're planning for a quick in and out trip though - flying in Saturday, settle in Nice, have dinner, wake up, train to Monaco, race and then train to the airport and straight back out. Prices to stay any longer are just silly - we could fly back the next week and stay 5 nights for the price of one more day on race weekend.
We went for Tribune O High. I wanted some elevation away from the track to get some good photos over the fences, and also to see a little more of the track. I love the way the cars attack the entry to the chicane there.
