Entry to the competition is now closed.

The board is based on money that is IN my bank account. A fair few more bits have been sold but payment not yet received.

The competition will end when the car is removed from my drive. Which is end of February (at the latest).

Is it worth the hassle breaking it? I sold my P reg Mk2 in Electric Current Red with very similar damage to the rear for £370 cash on eBay. Mine was only a Ghia too.

Easy money considering it's 'free' if you're getting an insurance payout too.

(£495 is my guess ;))

The car is costing me £60. This will NOT be deducted from the breaking value.

It's a Cat B write off so can only ever be used for spares. NEVER repaired and road driven. So if I dont break it someone else will and I enjoy working on it so its ok.

£775.25 - If you can get out all the things that don't come in the lower models (such as cruise, trip computer etc) these sell well. Could be a pain making sure you manage to get every required component from each system though.

I'm sure a quick search on eBay or MEG would give you ideas of what to expect and I'm sure you already have a figure in mind :)

150 for engine and box, 100 for the wheels if theyre alloy and good tyres.
and 50p for the rest of the crap heap lol.

maybe £500 total if your not selling all the piddly bits that we cant really account for..
