Coming to a stop today after heavy rain last night, load of water spills into the car from the upper brake light cluster. It's not the normal mondeo pipe coming apart (That's in a different place, already had to fix that!). Had the squirter nozzle out and it doesn't seem to be leaking, I'm guessing from the rain last night that it's seal to the outside somewhere. Anybody had this before? There's 2 places I can see that it might happen, the rummer seal at the base of the nozzle, or the connecting pipe between the roof and the car body for the water pipe to go.

If you've seen this before, what was it? I'm gonna book the car into the dealers to get it looked at anyway (warranty :) ), but I'd like to know if anyone else has had it before.

It's gathered in the upper cluster, when I braked it overflowed the plastic bit and came falling from the roof! There was no water pooled in the boot itself, and removing the light assembly there was a good bit of water still inside there.

Thinking about it, it can't be the joining conduit, because that would leak to the car, not the boot. There a sealant I can use on the base of the nozzle?
