Money supermarket question re: offer ends date

Just a quick question looking at some broadband prices on money supermarket and one of the prices am quite interested in says

offer ends 19/3/2021

Now does that mean the offer is available up to midnight of the 19/3 or does it end midnight tonight 18/3

It probably means the offer ends sometime in 2022 but they want you to feel pressured into signing up as soon as possible.

it usually means midnight of the date stated...look at the plusnet offer on the same page, says expires 24th and they have a countdwon timer on their page that shows it's midnight of the 24th

you know what I mean anyway... but 23:59:59 on the 19th would be the last second...expires midnight on the 20th
