moneyclaim - returning n180 form?

i've replied to the initial claim online, but then since was sent an n180 form to fill out.

i'd rather also reply online, but don't see a way to do this. anyone know if this is possible?

given my reply must happen, seems a bit foolish that the only way is post, which isn't guaranteed, unless i go send it guaranteed, but this can't be done with just a stamp, instead i need to go into town and go into the post office to do this.

It should be on the main page once you select the claim. You should have

'View AOS' - if that is what you meant by replied to the initial claim
and beneath it:
'Start Defence' (if that is what you want to do).

thanks. i've started the defence and entered my defence. it's now gone to next stage where i have to submit an N180 form.

only way i can see to do this is by post

thanks seems i can email it in, but i can't email it to the defendant, they advise to do recorded post, but don't advise how they can prove what the contents of the letter is.
