Hi All i,m a bit confused about monitors ,i have read that the TNT screens are not as good as the e-IPS for watching dvds ,and picture quality ,but i can,t seem to find a e-IPS screen monitor with lower than 6ms responce time ,can anyone help

I assume this is the one you are meaning. My flatmate, my sister and one of my uni friends have this monitor - it is fantastic.
I wouldn't worry about 6ms response time, you won't see the difference compared to a 2ms one - honest. There is no ghosting on the screen and very small input lag - it is actually a very good gaming monitor + you get all the awesome benefits of the e-IPS panel.
As for other e-IPS screens which are faster than the 2209WA, you will be hard pushed. IPS technology is inherently a bit slower than TN, so I wouldn't expect 2ms models. But as I mentioned earlier they are already plenty fast enough.
