Monitor Advice/Recommendation

Hello,

I've currently got a 2 monitor setup and I'm looking to replace the two monitors with a single widescreen monitor.

This monitor will be used for office work, gaming and CAD work.

I have a desktop with the following spec

Graphics Card: NVidia Geforce GTX1660 SUPER 6GB DDR6 GPU
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz 6 Core CPU – 4.2GHz Turbo

The budget I've got in mind is £400/500

Any pearls of wisdom would be much appreciated?

Hi, I think you're going to need a bigger budget even coming down to the lower resolution ultrawides of 3840 x 1200 such as:

ASUS ROG Strix XG43VQ

Thanks for the reply, how much larger in cash in terms?

I was also only thinking for 32 / 36 inch screen size

The Asus is about 50% more than your budget but it's the most similar to two monitors, eg two 24" 16:10 1920x1200 monitors.

If you don't mind having less pixel width of a smaller single screen then the best value in the 34" size is:
