Hello fellow overclockers!
So am currently in the process of upgrading my rig to the following:
YOUR BASKET
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H-BK - Devil's Canyon Core i7 4790K CPU & Motherboard Bundle **£35 Saving** £367.98
2 x Inno3D GeForce GTX 970 OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £275.99 (£551.98)
1 x Samsung 500GB SSD 840 EVO SATA 6Gb/s Basic - (MZ-7TE500BW) £184.99
1 x Avexir Venom Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-17200C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit (AVD3U21331108G-2CIG) - Green Light £119.99
2 x Watercool Heatkiller GPU-X³ GTX 970 £79.99 (£159.98)
1 x EK-Supreme LTX CSQ Intel CPU Waterblock £29.99
1 x Mayhems X1 Clear Coolant 5ltr £21.95
4 x XSPC HighFlex Hose 3/8" ID, 5/8" OD, 16/10mm, 2m, Blue/UV Blue £6.49 (£25.96)
Total : £1,477.82 (includes shipping : £12.50).

I currently game over 3 x 24" displays 5760 x 1080 they are 120hz 3D panels (I never use the 3D). I am really drawn to the 4k panels and don't know whether I would primarily want to run a single monitor for gaming (I would look to keep two of my monitors for work purposes and productivity).
I am really after some advice on whether it's really worth it? or if anyone has any similar experiences, the extra vertical height in games is really appealing, I know I lose some horizontal but the outer screens are not the primary focus when gaming on three.
Any suggestions on 4k panels to settle on if any of you guys are in agreement?
All the best
Lea
