Bit of back story, I run a Zotac Amp Extreme 1080 backed by an OC'd i5-4670K, I do all my gaming on a 32" 60hz 1440p Benq
This last week I had a few games of PUBG on a BenQ ZOWIE XL2730, 27" 144hz 1440p (with a 1080 7700k system) and the game felt significantly improved, almost like having heightened awareness of everything.
Ever since it feels like my usual setup is slightly clunky, no visible signs of stutter but a lot less fluid, is this likely to be the move to 144hz? or some CPU bottleneck I had never noticed?
if it sounds like the monitor, is there any viable options for 144hz 4k screens at 32" around the £500 mark?
