Hi i bought about 6-7 months ago a led monitor from OCUK.
Know it has a bad pixel, my question is would i get my money back or will they swap it for a new one ?
Its Samsung.

As stulid said, ask in CS.

But the answer to your question may be neither of the above.

It depends on what sort of pixel guarantee your monitor has or how generous they feel towards you.

If it is only one single pixel I would think it is unlikely that they would offer you either a refund, or a replacement.

Presumably it hasn't always been there?

I would imagine a replacement were possible?

It really depends.

First, what type of pixel defect have you got? dead pixel, bright pixel, bright sub-pixel?

Also, it depends on the policy of the company when dealing with pixel defects.

For example Dell have a pretty good policy on their "Ultrasharp" range where they replace any monitor with a bright pixel, however they have a tolerance level for dead pixels - so you need a few of them or a couple close together to automatically qualify for a replacement. Though it is still worth contacting CS, as they may be kind and do a replacement even when they don't technically need to.
