Hi guys,
I think my monitor is giving up, it's a Hazro HZ24WB.
It is what I can only describe as "flickering" on DVI input for a few weeks, it seems to happen more when darker colours are being displayed i.e. the forums. Also happens in 3D things such as League of Legends. See the You Tube below, camera does not really pick it up on the first 13 seconds, but it is flickering once every 3 seconds or so until then, gets worse after.

I have tried different ports on the Graphics card and different DVI cable. Also I have a trusty NEC 20WGX2 plugged in along side as a 2'nd screen (currently primary) and this monitor displays zero issues.
I plugged in a VGA cable and I can not get a stable image, its like looking at it through water. Video is out of focus, but you can see what I am trying to describe.

I have also done a fresh install, PC has never been clocked, never needed to be yet. There is no dust build up inside either, temps are well within range.
PC Spec (ignor sig):
2500k @ Stock
Asus P8P67 Pro Rev B3
8GB RAM
AMD HD 6970 2GB (never clocked, never needed to)
Windows 7.
New monitor time?
