Hi,
I'm using the BenqFP241W monitor with its included DVI cable, and sometimes get the blackout problem. I've read that this problem only occurs when using the DVI port, and I happen to have a higher quality DVI -> HDMI cable.
Would using this affect the quality of the signal, or the response times?

Thanks,
darkstroke

A 'higer quality' digital cable?

The signal will be the same regardless of if it's over DVI or HDMI.

A cable won't alter alter the screen's picture quality or response times.

Well, it's been tried. Won't display anything higher than 1920x1080-picture was more vibrant though!
Anyone know how this can be rectified?
