Monitor Calibration Profile In Games?

I have a Dell Ultrasharp U2410 and it is one of the ones with an annoying yellow tint. Is there any way of preserving the monitor calibration profile so it is still active in games? (it seems to deactivate and go back to the standard one every time I go into a game).

I used windows calibration.
