I'm running 3 LG 23EA63V's not for photography but just for entertainment etc.
What slightly ticks me off are the colours not being the same throughout. White in Chrome are all different and quite frankly, I cant handle it.

I know about the Spyder4 Calibration Tool. And while it's probably too highly prices for someone like me, if it gives me a perfect colour through three screens, id happily pick one up.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I used that website to "calibrate" by eye until all my monitors looked the same until I needed more. Spyder4 is an amazing tool but unless your doing color critical work its not worth it.

For your purpose a lot of trial and error will be the best way. Open the above link on three browsers get one monitor set exactly how you want and replicate the settings across from your chosen one.

Good luck.

For a "by eye" approach, the website Mynight has pointed you at is the best option. You've got nothing to lose by trying it except for a bit of time.

If you're still not happy, you could do what I did and pick up a second hand Spyder3 Pro For £20-30. I use it on all my screens and my laptop, and don't regret it for a second.
