Monitor Calibration

Can someone please help me calibrate my Belinea 102035W widescreen 20" so that I can get the best colour possible? Should I should the built in nvidia calibration tool or adobe gamma tool? Or is there a better way?

There is an ICM profile for this LCD on the Belinea website. Reckon I should just import it? Its info says it was made with ColourVision.
