Monitor changing colours

Hi, exited KOTOR 2 and was meet with my monitor changing colours constantly and getting my pc softlocked in the process.

Had to do a hard reset to get it working again, I've ever experienced anything like that before and was wondering what could be the cause.

Bios, Windows and drivers are all updated

Checked and my drivers were outdated, so hopefully that fixes it.
