Monitor choice and info please

Hi I am looking at doing a tri
Monitor setup with eyefinity for gaming I am looking at getting
A xfx trible monitor stand I only have 1.35m of desktop space
So my question is

1) what 3 monitors should I go for £600 budget and will need to fit on the above desktop space

2) what 2 GPus should I go for to run eyefinity must be able to get a full cover water block and back plates for the cards as will be adding them to my loop
£600 to 700 max for both cards but les if I can get a way with it

3) how would I connect the 3 screens to run eyefinaty

I tried a triple screen setup with old TFT panel monitors (Samsung 226bw) and found that the narrow viewing angles meant you had to sit in a fairly limited 'sweet spot'.
If you can live with 60hz screens then I'd recommend IPS panel monitors.
