Monitor choice for gaming. Which one?

As some may have noticed, i'm in the market for a new display. Idealy want a 26" or bigger but I will settle for a 24" if need be. My budget is no higher than £350

Anyway, this is the list of choices I have come up with, but I need to know which ones are betterfor gaming than the others, and which support 1:1 pixel mapping, since I will have my xbox connected to it, aswell as my PC:

24" displays:
Samsung 2443BW
Samsung 2493HM
NEC LCD24WMCX
Acer G24

26" and higher displays:
Samsung 2693HM
Viewsonic VX2835WM

From that list, which would be the best display suited to my needs?
If there are any other displays worth mentioning that I have missed, please let me know :)

Out of those, I'd probably go for the Samsung 2493HM as it's had some very good reviews. Personally I think 26" is TOO big and 24" is just about perfect - but I guess it depends how far away from the screen you sit.
 
the 2493HM looks like a very good monitor indeed, but does it have 1:1 pixel mapping for my xbox 360?
 
23" is too small for me mate. :( i've been using a 20" for 3 years now, I want something waaay different :)
 
Ok, I found the Acer G24 in the B grade clearance, for a bargin price of £229.99 and decided not to pass up the chance. I should get it next monday. I'll post my thoughts on it, especially with it being B grade.
