Monitor Cleaning Problem

Well this morning I though id give the laptop screen a clean like I have a million times before with the same stuff. But this time it looks like theres some fluid or something gotten inside the screen:

Maybe get a hoover and try sucking it out?

To be honest I have no idea, I would think that if you left it in the heat or after a whiles use it maybe heat up and leave gas spots. a lot like when your watch gets filled with a few drops of water and gasses up.

Yeah Ive tried the hover, didnt do anything. I think Ill just leave it on for a while and like you said it might heat up and go away.
