Monitor Connector

I've two same monitor which has DVI and VGA port and my motherboard has VGA, DVI and HDMI port, how would I connect it up without loosing quality?

So you have 2 monitors and you want to connect both to your computer? If that's the case I don't think it matters a great deal - choose DVI for one and then try each of the other methods and decide which you like the look of best.

VGA doesn't look as good as DVI at 1080p

Or get an ati dvi to hdmi connector. These ones do audio/video. I'm sure you'll be able to get a cheap one from thebay

Will this setup work?

First monitor - DVI to DVI cable
Second monitor - DVI to HDMI cable

I run that pretty much, one monitor DVI -> DVI, and one with a HDMI -> DVI cable, works perfectly

as above, i have 2 monitors running dvi, and one running dvi-hdmi, don't ask me which one it is though can't tell the difference.
