Is the stand adjustable?

Edit/ A quick search revealed that it tilts 20 degrees. The screen is 24.6" rather than the stated 25".

Sorely tempted by this for some big screen gaming on the cheap. I hate buying cheapo gear though as in my experience it never works out at a saving over the long term.
