Monitor decision

Hello,

I am struggling to make a decision over monitors, what do you think between these two? Mostly used for sim racing. Why should I not go for a 4K?

I have an RTX 2070 and i7 9700K. (Or will have when it arrives.

I see the one has Gsync. I have a suitable graphics card. Is it worth the extra or should I just aim for 4k because that'll be the way things will go as standard? Is 60Hz when gaming not good?

I've ended up going with the LG 32GK850G-B 32" 2560X1440 VA G-SYNC 165HZ GAMING WIDESCREEN MONITOR, looking forward to trying it.
