Monitor display looks a bit wobbly

Hey there

I have a Dell 17" CRT monitor.. had it for about a year now. But only recently noticed the picture in the lower right hand corner seems to be shaking slightly.. that's all i can explain really :confused:

Is there any way of making the picture correct?
