Monitor for ~£150 with sound?

Looking for a decent monitor for around £150, so i can use it as second monitor for pc and for my ps3 and xbox. And recommendations, wanting around 23"

I'm thinking this one, i think it has speakers built in, will be primarily used as second monitor/ps3 monitor.
