monitor for gaming 144hz or close with good colours ?

what are the best gaming monitors with decent colours ? with high hz ?

everything i look at has some kind of downfall and i been wanting to buy something in this area for a few months now . any suggestions welcome.no widescreen or curved.

Im waiting for the Acer predator XB272-HDR or the Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ to drop....but they keep being delayed, 27" 4K, HDR, Gsync, 144hz.....litterally close to the perfect gaming monitors.

@djmty, do you have access to a colorimeter? It's a long-shot, but I need to find somebody with an XG2402 and access to a colorimeter like the X-Rite i1DisplayPro (not Spyder series). To confirm some contrast measurements.
