For graphics work, I'd suggest Dell's professional IPS range. They'll come factory calibrated for colours and have a 99% sRGB gamut - although you can usually tighten up calibration further if you invest a bit in a hardware colorimeter. If you're working for print, look for Adobe RGB gamut, which exists, but is going to cost more.
The problem is that 30" and above screens all seem to be iffy with regards to backlight bleed, even at this price

Depending on your setup, it's possible that a pair of smaller screens might work better for you than a single large one:

That said, I settled on a HP Omen 32" screen as my main monitor, and with a hardware calibrator it comes out surprisingly good. It's not
as accurate as my 24" Dell, but it is good enough for most purposes. It's only weakness is black crush down below the #070707 range, but if you're not working with very dark scenes then it becomes irrelevant. Also, these are surprisingly cheap
If you really want a serious screen for top tier graphics work, look to NEC's range... and triple your budget :/
