So I have put together a second hand build based around a GTX 1060 6gb build purely down to current crazy pricing of the GPU market. I guess I chose the wrong time to get back into gaming but what can you do..? I just really need to play some The Forest/The Long Dark!
I am now at the end of my mission and the last part of the jigsaw is a monitor and from what I've read so far, a monitor at around 75hrz 1080p with gsync to delivering current titles at med/high settings. I'm not looking to future-proof myself as I'll build a complete new setup as/when needed. I'll be sitting at a distance of 60cm. What size would you recommend? 24"/27" and 60hrz or 144hrz? Any advice would be really appreciated.
