Monitor for Home Office Use

Hi all,

I'm looking for a monitor for use at home, I will be using it mainly for CAD applications and normal home use (movies etc). It won't really be used for gaming but 100hz, 3ms response time and around 25-27" would be ideal. I'm looking to spend between £200 - £250.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
