My main use of the computer is mainly watching movies and surfing the internet. I barely play games some hours per month. I'm not very sensitive to ghosting, input lag, etc. and I don't usually play competitive videogames.
So, considering this, I would like to upgrade my screen. OLED doesn't seem to be arriving any soon, so I'm considering what should I do... I heard VA panels have amazing blacks but I don't know how they would perform with scenes with a lot of stuff moving quickly, etc.
In the other hand we have one of those nice 29" super wide screen monitors with IPS panels, but all IPS (in my experience) have (at some level) lightbleeding and glow problems, which ruins the experience when watching movies in dark environments, etc.
Any advice?
