Monitor for PC and Xbox360

I seriously would not worry about a monitors response time. You are talking split second times.

Also, that particular monitor doesn't state that it can accept scart/etc connections. Try looking for one that lists all the adaptors it can handle.

If you really do want this screen however, and it doesn't have a scart adaptor or whatever, you can probably find a cheap scart to RGB cable somewhere on the net.
 
It says it will take analogue and digital, so you could connect ** xbox via vga, and pc via dvi.

I don't know how you would switch between the two, might have to google that.

I think the NXE enables 1680x1050 res over vga.
