Monitor for Xbox One X for office

So I am slowly upgrading my viewing real estate and currently have an old 1080p monitor (Iiyama ProLite E2710HDS - over 7 years old) being used with my Xbox One X and am looking for something that will give me the 4K HDR experience that the One X can deliver.

This is in my office so getting a large scale TV isn't really an option so I am looking at a max size of 27" as that is the size of the monitor. I haven't really set a budget but I would say around the £500 mark would be the max price point I am looking at.

that's potentially one of the monitor's I was looking at but other than the speakers and the USB-C connection it seems to be exactly the same as the 650 version. it does seem monitors over the past couple of weeks have jumped up in price. I may just wait until after CES or the Christmas sales maybe the pricing will be a little more favourable.
