Monitor for Xbox One

I'm sure that this question has been asked time and time again, but I can't find any other posts with hard and fast answers. So.....

What I think I'm after is as follows, as the primary use will be for my Xbox One (with occassional internet browsing from my PC):

27"
Must have DVI & HDMI inputs
1080p
60hz
Low response time
Height & tilt adjustments if possible
Max £250

So any suggestions at all, where would your money go?

If you lose height adjust, the Q2778VQE looks amazing with 2560x1440 resolution and only £230

consoles only do 1080p though and 60hz.

no point buying higher res or faster refresh rate.

i have a 1080p 144hz atm and it's wasted on a console plus the colours are crap as it's a TN.

for consoles best to buy 1080p and ips

The Q2778VQE actually has excellent colour production as its newer TN technology
