Monitor/hardware issue.

The right half of my screen goes crazy every now and then where it goes fuzzy and flashes vertical lines down the screen. Am I right in thinking that because it's not picked up in screenshots (Print Screen and FRAPS) that it's a monitor issue and not hardware related?

I think you could be right. Simplest thing to do will be plug another monitor in instead of current to see if can recreate fault. Failing that plug current monitor into other rig.
