Recently my monitors have started 'jumping' or shifting image up and then back (very fast; maybe a few milliseconds). This will happen anywhere from every minute to every hour. All three of my identical monitors do this at the same time, as did my two old ones (both different).
The 'jumping' never happens in fullscreen applications.
There seems to be no link to the jumping and CPU activity.
Specs:
Win 8.1 64bit (on 250gb SSD)
Asus P8z77-LX
R9 280x
700w PSU 80 plus
3x Viseo 243D 60Hz (through DVI and 2x Mini DP)
I have recently re-installed windows 8.1, and the problem continues.
Any suggestions?
