It must have happened today but i just noticed the top of my monitor has suddenly gone very dark
it's the top 1/4 I'd say and there's also a small patch further down that looks dark.
The monitor is a Philips BDM4065UC I got from Overclockers in 2015.
I was tempted recently by the 48" oled LG screen but really want to wait until autumn for the potential 42"
Any ideas what could have caused this issue ? my first thought was maybe some capacitors on the board were going.
I'd love to keep using this until the 42" LG screen is out any ideas at all on how I can fix this or diagnose it?
