I hope this is the best place to post.

Basically, I was using my PC last night all fine and when I went to turn it on this morning the monitor advised no signal was being displayed and then returned to standby mode.

I tried it through the tele as well, and again, no signal was being displayed. I have checked all the components are still connected and they appear to be, and the system boots up normally, well, from what I can guess without seeing a screen. I have tried removing memory and replacing one stick at a time but no joy.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be, or anyways around solving the issue?

Thanks in advance.

step one , if you have 2 outputs on your vid card try the other one

step two , If you have both dvi and vga on your lcd , try the other one u aint using at the moment.

step three , get another monitor and try it out.
