Monitor Issue

Would anyone have any idea on why the following is occuring with my monitor when I first turn it on? It always resolves itself after a couple of minutes being turned on...

That's likely loose connector into LCD panel itself.
Warming propably expands some parts enough to form good connection.

That does make sense, in winter its worse. Summer time not so bad.
Know of a potential fix?

Opening monitor and putting there something to press connector constantly could help.
Googling for stripes LCD fix gives some Youtube videos of that.
