I've never had a problem with this before, but for some reason last night my monitor randomly went into power-saving mode - though the monitor stayed on. The light on the monitor just kept flashing.
I tried switching on and off, resetting the ram, making sure my GPU/PSU were properly seated, restored my monitor to factory settings and updated my GPU drivers but it keeps doing it. The control panel settings are also not set to turn anything off. Like i said i've never had this problem, just happened for no reason.
One other thing i should mention is, my monitor stayed on all through the night but as i woke up and started using it, it again went into power-saving mode in under a minute. So it stayed on 8+ hours while i was asleep, but went off as i used it?
Any ideas whats happening? I have no idea if its the wires, monitor or my PC.
