I've setup my home server again and I need a way to easily keep an eye on the disk space and various other stats on it. Now last time I did this, someone on here mentioned a something which gave me a nice little web page to look at, which displayed disk, cpu and memory usage. As per usual I can't find this at all any more.
So does anyone have any recommendations on what I can use for this? I don't want anything too heavy on the server, and it needs to display all its stats on a single handy web page, to make it easy to see whats happening in a glance.
