Hi. I plugged this pc and formatted disk in uefi.
13900K stock
2x16 GB DDR5 GSKILL 6800
Rtx 4090 Gigabyte Gaming
Aorus Elite Z790 AX
SSD KINGSTON 2TB
Seasonic 1300W PX ATX 3.0 PCIE 5.

So during installation windows 11, when pc rebooted first time,pc loosed signal and nothing happened on screen. Then i pressed reset button and it was fine and no issues again. But why that happened? Should i worry?

My monitor is Alienware AW2723DF 1440P

It could have tried booting for some reason onto the wrong operating system or got mixed up with the boot priority order in the bios. Its hard to know exactly, it could have been configuring something like the specific monitor output the display port cable is in.
Hopefully it doesn't do it again, and if it doesn't its likely been solved by the system.

Some quick googling led me to someone who was disabling fast startup in bios. Might be worth some reading if it does it again, best of luck :)

I wouldn't worry. I have found that Gigabyte motherboards can be a little touchy when they are first being set up. It is not uncommon for them to boot to the CPU's GPU. As long as it only ever happens once, then no harm done.
By the way, it's always worth checking that by plugging a monitor in to one of the sockets in the back of the motherboard during initial setup.
