can someone here explain to me the relationship between gos and MHz on monitors. Is there a relationship between the graphics card power and the MHz if the monitor.

Ok so a 4090 linked to a 120 MHz monitor is a bit pointless ?

What’s the MHz rating ? Your gsyned/freesync. What games you playing on ultra settings ?

I only play bf2042 at 1440p 144 MHz and it’s free synced to around 140 fps but drops below it. Got a 4080.
