Monitor mounts

Hi, Ive seen monitor setups which have swivel mounts clamped to desks etc.

What would you recommend, for a smooth action, fully adjustable arm that clamps to a desk. VESA 100 mount preferred.
Price range - cheap but reliable options please.

This is the mount that I use to clamp on the desk ... I brought it for £10 when it was on offer at PC World. It's really good and is able to move the monitor freely around the desk. I currently have a S2409 mounted on it.
