Monitor - No Signal

On our family PC the monitor is displaying no signal and goes into stand by.
My Brother said it was fine at 11am this morning.

I've tried the following but with no luck:
-Changing monitor lead
-Hard drive
-Graphics card
-Tried 1 stick of RAM at a time and in different slots

I might take it up to work tomorrow to try it on a monitor there as I can't be bothered to try my monitor from my PC now (Long day)

Any other suggestions?

Why not try the monitor on your PC or on a laptop if you have one just to make sure its not the monitor?

Tried the computer on a work monitor and it worked first time.
Time to start looking for a new one.
