Monitor not turning on, disgusting service from OCs.

I've just set up my Samsung SM2433BW (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-099-SA) and it's not turning on, power cable is pluggin in but when I press the on button - nothing.

It's not the wire because I've tried 3 that I know work, it's not the plug socket on the adapter because it works. I'm just a little peeved that I have only just got this and it's not even turning on. Is there something anyone can suggest regarding getting it to work?

Sounds like you have tried everything you can reasonably expected to do. Did it work beforehand, or does it seem to be dead-on-arrival?

Either way, i'd call up/email the retailer ASAP, so you can get a working one fast.
 
Yes, dead out of the box, I bought it from Overclockers... I don't think it's right though that I have to pay to let them know...
