So, I have a thread that I started cause I am wondering if my monitor is going, but it seems to only happen in Linux, but in browsers tried both Firefox & Chrome same issue, but DE seems fine. Could software do it, have the default linux driver/server.

Sorry for the late reply, hooked a new one up last Thursday, it is a . Asus VA24EHE 23.8” Monitor, 1080P, Full HD, IPS, 75Hz, HDMI D-Sub DVI-D, Adaptive-Sync / FreeSync, VESA wall mountable, Eye Care, Flicker-free and Low Blue Light by ASUS & it doesn't poor the sun in my eyes when brightness is on the screen.
