My brother has one and it is actually a very nice looking monitor if you like the bottom of the screen to be just a couple of inches off the desk. The picture quality, however, is a bit 'bland', 'dull' but for 80 notes you probably won't find many (if any) 22" 1080p monitors with VGA and DVI inputs.

But, if I were you I would put another £10 towards getting this which also has speakers

This is the same make, AOC, as the F22+ but the one I linked to is LED backlit and has a higher contrast ratio so should not have a dull picture quality like the F22.

question why would i need speakers though?if im using gamer headphones + 5.1 surround sound :/?

Because I am not a mind reader and you did not say you were using headphones/5.1 speakers. If you don't want to use the speakers in the monitor then don't connect them. It is still a better monitor than the F22+ for just £89.99 (price will go up on Wednesday morning as it is on a This week only deal).
