Ive recently started getting a band that takes up just under a 3rd of the screen horizontally at the bottom that seems to be doing what can best be described as flickering/jerking i guess.
Its hard to explain exactly whats happening but its noticeably different to the rest of the screen, im having trouble finding anything about similar issues probably because i dont know what to search for but has anyone else had something like this? and if so was it a monitor or gfx card problem?
