Hi all

Did not want this to be my 1st post, but its important.

Panasonic viera plasma 42 inch, would this be suitable for gaming on from a PC?

Tv is about 6 yrs old and its used for PS4 at the moment.

Looking at going PC but haven't the room for desk and LCD monitor etc

Many thanks

I think the downside to using TVs are the refresh rates are not as good as top end monitors.
Also would you not need a desk to sit in front of the monitor/tv if you are playing games that you will be using keyboard/mouse for?

Not sure what my refresh rates are on tv but its a good tv, what would you be looking at?

It for my 12 yr old, so would look at a gaming chair rocker type or beanbag and use a small table for mice etc, bit like a tray table that you could have breakfast in bed if you know what I mean.

cheers

Should be fine. I've got an HTPC which does a bit of light gaming plugged into my Panny Plasma in the living room. Just make sure to set the viewing mode to Game.
